Website Terms of Use

Scope of these Terms
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, content, and publicly available tools (the “Website”). They do not govern your trading relationship with us, that’s covered by your Client Agreement, Risk Disclosure, and other legal documents (together, the “Legal Documents”). If these Terms conflict with the Legal Documents, the Legal Documents prevail.

Eligibility & local restrictions

You must be of legal age and legally permitted to use this Website. Our products and services are not offered to residents of the United States, EEA and any jurisdiction where offering or accessing them would be unlawful. You are responsible for complying with local laws that apply to you.

Changes to the Website and to these Terms

We may update the Website, its content, and these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. It’s your responsibility to review the current Terms whenever you visit.

Information only (No Advice)

Material on this Website is provided for information and education. Nothing here is, or should be taken as, investment, legal, tax, or other advice, or a solicitation or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument.

CFD risk notice

Contracts for Difference (CFDs) are leveraged products that can result in rapid losses of deposited funds. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Before trading, assess your experience, objectives, financial resources, and risk tolerance, and consider obtaining independent advice. See our Risk Disclosure for details.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your devices, logins, and passwords secure.
  • Use the Website lawfully and for its intended purpose.
  • Do not misuse the Website (e.g., introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape without permission, or violate IP rights).
  • Ensure any information you provide is accurate and up to date.

Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, logos, layouts, text, graphics, software, and data on the Website are owned by or licensed to Legacy Capital Ltd and are protected by IP laws. Except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works from our content. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Third-party content & links
The Website may include links or integrations to third-party sites, tools, or content. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party materials. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to their terms.

Privacy, cookies & tracking
Your use of the Website is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect and use personal data and how you can manage cookie preferences.

Platform availability & electronic communications
We do not guarantee the Website (or any related services) will be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. Online services may be affected by factors outside our control, including connectivity issues, software/hardware faults, cyber incidents, and third-party outages. Messages you send to us electronically may not be secure; do not include sensitive information unless requested through a security channel.

Payments & safety of funds (overview)
If you use pages or forms on this Website to initiate deposits/withdrawals, those activities are governed by your Client Agreement and the relevant payment provider’s terms. We generally hold client money in segregated accounts with reputable institutions, subject to applicable law and your Legal Documents.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

  • use the Website for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes;
  • circumvent security or access controls;
  • use automated means (bots, scrapers) without our consent;
  • upload content that infringes IP, privacy, or other third-party rights;
  • interfere with the operation of the Website or other users’ access.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to all or part of the Website at any time (e.g., for maintenance, security, legal, or business reasons), with or without notice and without liability to you.

Disclaimers

The Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express, implied, or statutory), including non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not warrant that the Website or its content is accurate, complete, current, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, or business; trading losses; or any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website, third-party content, or delays/failures beyond our reasonable control (including communication or utility failures).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legacy Capital Ltd, its officers, employees, and service providers from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, war, civil unrest, government action, failures of communications or utilities, cyber incidents, or market-wide disruptions.

Translations

Translations of these Terms may be provided for convenience. The English version prevails in case of inconsistency.

Severability & no waiver

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be applied to the fullest extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign our rights/obligations to an affiliate or in connection with a reorganization, merger, or transfer of business.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, please review our Complaints Handling Policy and contact us at [email protected] .
