Our Trader Rewards Program rewards your trading activity with points based on your trading volume and account actions. These points can be exchanged for cash, credited directly to your preferred trading account.

All approved existing and new clients of any country of origin with at least one verified live trading account of any type and of any base currency can participate in our Trader Rewards Program. Whoever meets the required qualifications automatically participates in the rewards scheme.

Eligible clients with a verified live trading account automatically earn points for specific trading activities and decisions. These points accumulate based on your trading volume and can be redeemed for cash rewards. If you are eligible, you are assigned to a Loyalty Status at the end of each calendar month based on your total number of accumulated closed lots to date. The higher the number of closed lots, the higher your Loyalty status will be. As the statuses go higher, you receive more points for each closed lot. The four consecutive status levels are as follows: Silver Gold Platinum Diamond Any points you collect, you can cash in for US dollars, which are directly deposited in your trading account. The rewards program runs around the clock, and you can stop participating or cancel your points whenever you wish by contacting Customer Support. *Note: If you are assigned the Silver Status, you can opt to upgrade to Gold Status with immediate effect, with the Gold Upgrade. The Gold Upgrade is a one-time level-up feature automatically available to you with a $2,000 deposit reached through one or multiple transactions. It allows you to bypass the trading requirements from Silver to Gold status level and once available you can activate it whenever you want.

You are assigned your Loyalty Status according to the total number of closed lots in all your trading accounts. Your status is automatically updated based on the total number of closed lots generated up to the last trading day.

However, if you are a Silver Status trader, you have the option to instantly advance to the Gold Status with the Gold Upgrade. The Gold Upgrade is a one-time feature that lets you bypass the usual Loyalty Status trading volume criteria and becomes automatically accessible once you deposit $2,000 in your trading account – through one or multiple transactions. Once you trigger the Gold Upgrade, your transition from the first loyalty tier to the next takes immediate effect.

You can start earning points when you complete specific activities like trading and more. You can find more information on these activities in the Trader Rewards Program Terms and Conditions – Annex C. WB Invest could change those activities from time to time.

To redeem any points you collect, you have to:
1. Select how many points you want to redeem.
2. Choose which trading account you want to add your cash rewards into.

You need to redeem at least 10 points. The points’ cash value in USD ranges from $1 to $2 per point and it is determined by the number of points you are redeeming. For the conversion process to take place and the cash to be deposited in your trading account, you need to accept the relevant Terms and Conditions in the Client Portal. Once the converted amount is added to your trading balance, you can use it to trade with or withdraw in full without any restrictions.
