The Interest Program is a reward scheme through which you earn loyalty points on your net equity – your trading accounts’ total equity excluding any credit. The program is designed to offer you benefits, even when you are not trading, provided that you have a positive account balance.
How it works:
Calculated Daily: Your interest is automatically calculated on your net equity daily, allowing you to collect loyalty points effortlessly. The percentage rate used to calculate your interest depends on your current Loyalty Status. As you climb up the Loyalty Statuses, you reach higher percentages.
Paid monthly: The interest in loyalty points you accumulate daily is added to your account at the end of every month. As a result, you benefit from gradually increasing earnings and can easily check the progress of your Loyalty rewards.
Interest Rates: The interest rate percentage you receive in loyalty points is related to your Loyalty Status. Advancing from Gold to Platinum to the Diamond tier, you benefit from higher rates and have the chance to reach your loyalty rewards’ full potential.
Needs Activation: To start earning interest, you need to activate the Interest Program through the Portal. This feature is available to you once you reach Gold Status or any higher Status in Trader Rewards Program.
Calculation Example:
Your net equity is $10,000 and you are a Gold Status trader benefiting from a 0.4% interest rate. This is how your daily loyalty points would be calculated:
$10,000 * 0.4% / 365 days = 0.11 loyalty points/day
Your points increase day by day, are added to your account every month and start accumulating as you earn more rewards for completing various other trading activities.
You can activate the Interest Program in a few simple steps:
1. Fund your Account: You need to have funds in your trading account, to unlock access to the Interest Program.
2. Advance to Gold Status: Reach Gold Status or any higher Status in the WB Invest Trader Rewards Program. To achieve this, you will need to meet the minimum trading requirement threshold for the Gold Tier, which is 20 closed lots. However, if you are at Silver Status, you have the chance to instantly level up to Gold, bypassing the trading criteria, with the Gold Upgrade. This one-time level-up feature becomes automatically available once you deposit $2,000 in a single or multiple transactions.
3. Activate the Interest Program:
Log into your Portal
Go to the Trader Rewards tab
Click “Activate” for the Interest Program
As soon as you activate the program, you will start earning interest in loyalty points on your net equity every day. You will be getting paid the accumulated amount once a month and your rewards will start increasing passively.
The interest rates for the Interest Program depend on your Loyalty Status. In general, higher tiers offer higher interest returns on your net equity. Each tier’s rates and benefits are outlined below:

As soon as you activate the Interest Program, your daily interest is calculated as follows:
Example 1: USD-Denominated Account
For accounts with balances in USD, the daily interest return is calculated using the below formula:
(Equity – Credit) * (Status Interest Rate) / 365 days = Daily Interest in Dollars
As 1 Dollar = 1 Loyalty Point, the points collected each day are equal to the calculated sum in dollars.
Example 2: JPY-Denominated Account
For accounts with balances in JPY, the calculation formula for daily interest, includes the exchange rate:
(Equity – Credit) * (Status Interest Rate) * (JPY/USD Exchange Rate) / 365 days = Daily Interest in Dollars
Just like USD accounts: 1 Dollar = 1 Loyalty Point.
